Depression is becoming the most significant cause of disability. So many people are walking around suffering but don’t know why they feel so bad.
Many teenagers experience depression, and sadly too many young lives are lost. Parents pay attention to your children.
If you have felt low for two weeks or more or have had suicidal thoughts, see a doctor now. These feelings are not to be ignored. Be kind to yourself and your loved ones and don’t procrastinate in getting some help. You may not think it is necessary, but you will feel better and wonder why you hadn’t done it sooner. There is no shame in taking care of yourself. You are important.

I’ve tried many different drugs but found that I was drug resistant. It often takes trying more than one to see what works best for you. Feel free to talk to me. I’m not a doctor or a therapist but a listening ear.
Talk therapy is good. I’m on therapist #6. I’ve moved around quite a bit so I have seen several and each one has different approaches. Therapy is work. You have to put in a lot of effort to get results but it is well worth it.
